According to police, the shooting occurred at around 11:45am on East 74th Street and Second Avenue when the victim, identified as CEO Patrick Noe, was struck in the arm and hand. Noe was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspect, described as a male in his mid-to-late 20s, was seen running away from the scene wearing a black hoodie and baseball cap. The NYPD initially released a surveillance photo showing the suspect without a mask, but on Tuesday they released new photos of the suspect wearing a mask and sunglasses.

Police are urging anyone with information about the shooting or the suspect to come forward. The investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers hotline at (800) 577-TIPS (8477). All calls are confidential and tips can also be submitted online at nypdc.crimestoppers.com or by texting 274637 (CRIMES) and entering TIP577.
