A lawsuit to compel the release of Prince Harry’s secret visa records is set to have its first court hearing in Washington D.C. since President Donald Trump’s inauguration. The Heritage Foundation filed the lawsuit over the Department for Homeland Security’s rejection of their Freedom of Information Act request seeking Harry’s visa application and its contents.
At issue is a statement in the Duke of Sussex’s 2023 memoir Spare, in which he admits to using cocaine, marijuana, and psychedelic mushrooms before immigrating to the United States in 2020. This admission raises concerns about whether the Prince lied on his visa application or received special treatment from the Biden administration, as visa applicants are required to declare any illicit drug use and failure to disclose can result in deportation.

Still, if new evidence comes about the Duke in regards to fudging his drugs history on the visa that can be viewed in a pretty different light once you have entered the country even after admitting there might be cause to question an immigration decision there might be actions taken.
