A lawsuit against Trey Songz filed by a Las Vegas model alleging battery has been dismissed with prejudice, bringing an end to the legal saga. The civil lawsuit, filed in 2019, accused the R&B singer of allegedly punching and damaging the property of the model during an altercation in a Las Vegas hotel room in 2016.

The suit sought $11 million in damages, but ultimately, the lawsuit was dismissed following a settlement conference. The specific terms of the settlement were not disclosed.

Trey Songz, whose real name is Tremaine Neverson, has previously denied any wrongdoing in the case. The alleged incident occurred while the singer was in Las Vegas for a show.
